7-night wellness retreat in Sri Lanka

Date:

Overview:

March 13th till March 20th, 2020.

Sri Lanka is often described as a paradise and this is undoubtedly true as the country is blessed with breath-taking natural beauty and abundance of rare and magnificent sights to see and experience.

In this retreat, we are collaborating with a group of amazing educators, coaches, healers and more.

The goal is to disconnect you from your busy life to find yourself in the practice of yoga and self-awareness so that you can go back to your life with a clearer mind, to best serve you and those around you, and a healthier body to help you feel good from the inside out.

The villa is a community-based project where all the profit is used to help the local community and nature around them.

The villa itself is a 150-year-old building which was occupied by the village chief who was the supervisor for the area during the British rule in Sri Lanka.
