Charlie Smith

Charlie is a storyteller, and he believes that the greatest story in the world is the one we are telling ourselves in the present moment.

At the age of 19, he realized that there was so much more to life than the suffering he was experiencing, and since then he has dedicated his life to transforming his story.

He has explored many healing modalities and found that training in meditation ties all of these different techniques together.

His journey has lead him to train with monks in Thailand in Mindfulness meditation, across the USA to learn about the brain and neuroscience, and Guatemala to train with shamans in visualization meditation.

He continues to learn more every day about how we can be ourselves and live in joy and happiness.

He also is passionate about making documentaries, playing music, performing sacred ceremonies, and fishing in the great oceans and lakes of the world.
